Enquiries coming through the WordPress website were previously logged manually. A custom API integration now pushes form submissions directly into the centralised platform in real time, keeping the sales pipeline clean, current and free from human error at the point of entry.

Contract Automation That Moves at the Speed of the Deal

When a deal reaches the contract stage, the platform now automatically generates accurate, deal-specific documents and triggers signing workflows via HelloSign and SignNow, removing delays, reducing back-and-forth, and keeping high-value deals moving without unnecessary friction.

A Pipeline Built to Scale

The new sales pipeline includes rotating deal ownership, stage-specific automated notifications and a dedicated onboarding flow for new contracts. The result is a structured, rules-based system that grows with the business and reduces the operational burden on the team.
