Previously utilising Trello for operations management, they faced scalability and automation limitations as they expanded, so, they needed to enhance their operational efficiency and reduce the manual workload.

The primary objective was to transition them from Trello to HubSpot, enabling more robust management of contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines.
