Project Overview

Our team addressed this challenge by developing an intuitive information architecture that distinctly separated the two initiatives—Invest Saudi and MISA—while maintaining a seamless and cohesive user experience.

We strategically implemented clear signposting and improved navigation to ensure that visitors arriving on the MISA site could effortlessly locate and transition to Invest Saudi when relevant.

This comprehensive approach not only clarified the Ministry’s dual objectives, but also significantly enhanced user engagement for both platforms, leading to a more efficient and streamlined journey for potential investors.

 

The Brief

The Ministry of Investment (MISA) approached us with a critical challenge: redesigning and developing their informational website to better communicate their dual objectives.

MISA needed to clearly distinguish between two key initiatives—Invest Saudi, which targets potential foreign investors, and MISA itself, focused on a domestic audience, including government officials.

Previously, the distinction between these two missions was unclear, leading to confusion among potential investors and even within the Ministry. Our goal was to create a more intuitive, user-friendly platform that effectively conveyed these distinct purposes while enhancing the overall user experience.

Enhanced Clarity

We focused on effectively communicating MISA’s dual objectives by creating a distinct separation between Invest Saudi and MISA within the website. This separation made it easier for users to quickly understand the specific purpose of each initiative.

Whether a visitor was a potential investor or a government official, they could immediately identify which section of the site was relevant to their needs, reducing confusion and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Ministry’s messaging.

Increased Engagement

By refining the user journey and strategically placing signposts throughout the site, we significantly boosted engagement for both MISA and Invest Saudi.

Visitors were guided smoothly to the content most relevant to them, which increased the time spent on the site and improved interaction with key resources.

This targeted engagement helped both initiatives reach their intended audiences more effectively, whether they were local government officials or international investors.

Streamlined Investor Experience

For potential investors, we prioritised a direct and guided experience that efficiently led them to the resources they needed. By improving navigation and minimising unnecessary steps, we made it easier for investors to explore opportunities and understand the benefits of investing in Saudi Arabia.

This streamlined approach not only improved user satisfaction but also played a crucial role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiatives by facilitating easier access to investment information and resources.
